Return and Refund Policy

At Classic Wood, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our solid wood furniture. Please read this policy carefully to understand when a return is applicable.

1. When Can You Return a Product?

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Damaged on Arrival – the product arrives physically damaged due to transit
Manufacturing Defect – there is a structural fault in the wood or craftsmanship
Wrong Item Delivered – the product received doesn’t match what you ordered (wrong design, color, or size)

We do not offer returns for reasons like change of mind, disliking the product after delivery, or minor natural wood-grain variations.

Note: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not applicable for:

Products that have been assembled, installed, or used
Customized or made-to-order furniture built to your specifications
Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color (a natural characteristic of solid wood like Sheesham or Teak)

3. Reporting a Problem — Do This Within 48 Hours

Inspect your furniture at the time of delivery
Report any damage, defect, or mismatch to us within 48 hours of delivery
Send clear photos or a short video of the issue along with your Order ID to:

4. Reverse Pickup

Once your return is approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup from your delivery address. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item reaches our Churu warehouse and passes inspection, we’ll confirm approval via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund
Cancellation is not possible once an order is dispatched or once a custom-made item is already in production
