Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused and in original condition.
The product must not be damaged due to misuse.
The original packaging should be retained.
Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-made or made-to-order furniture
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Products assembled or altered by the customer
Clearance or special discounted items (if mentioned)

To initiate a return:

Our team will review the request within 2β3 working days
If approved, pickup or return instructions will be provided

Refunds are processed after product inspection.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5β7 working days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product was damaged during transit.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the issue
Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
